Do symptoms start earlier and more severe with twins?

It is probably too soon for your Dr. to tell if you are having twins. Each pregnancy is different so you are probably experiencing nausea because your body is going thru changes as well as your hormones. If you haven't seen your Dr. yet, then make an appointment and let him tell you what is going on, but believe me, this is just normal. Good luck to you.
