I want to lose 10 pounds in about a month before i leave for college....can someone help me with some pointers?

I am currently 118 pounds and feel like a COW. In August i weighed 107 pounds, and felt great about my body! I am so unhappy with how i look right now its disgusting. Between senior year stess, exhaustion causing me to be too lazy to go to the gym, ap tests, studying, and recently starting birth control about 2 and a half months ago, i have gained 11 pounds, which is a lot and really noticeable on my 5'2" frame. Im starting college in about a month, and want to go up feeling confident and slim. Any help? Should i get off the pill? Will staying on the pill make it harder to lose weight? What can i do to speed weight loss? Like what exercises and stuff. Thanks!
