Pregnancy symptoms or coming off birth control?

I wasn't on the same birth control but I was on the pill for ten years before getting off of it back in July last year to get pregnant. I can tell you that all these symptoms can be and most likely are from getting off birth control. Your body goes through a lot when the hormones that are in birth control either enter or start to leave your body. Your symptoms are very much like pregnancy but like you said since you have IUD it is unlikely. I would just give your body some time to get back to feeling better and not worry if you are pregnant. If you want to test again just to be sure give it another week by then you may be feeling better. As far as the tests I got my positive test at Dollar Tree so it is just as reliable as any other.
