Weight lifting very little pain until next day?

I started lifting a few years ago, and i have the same as you sometimes, within the first 24-48 hours is when you'll start feeling the pain or soreness of your muscles, that means sometimes taking 2 days rest is even better for working certain body parts. Dont overwork yourself or the same muscles 2 days in a row and make sure to drink lots of water, recharge with high quality whey protein and get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, thats when muscles grow.
