How many days a week should I train?

well, each person is different. if you are sore, take a day or two of rest. it will help. it also depends on your fitness level. if you are not over training, and you have been doing it for a long time, then, it should be find swimming everyday. As long as you are not straining your body too much. rest when you need to.
