Do I have lyme disease?

About 2 weeks ago my grandmother found a deer tick on me but it was not in my skin. Yesterday I noticed a small print on my hand that looked like it could be a lyme disease rash, but it was small, looked like a target but it was just 1 red ring around my regular skin tone. It could have been a bruise and was a bit sore to the touch. Today its absolutly gone and the pain as well but I have been experiencing dizziness, headaches, muscle pains and my neck hurts a bit. No nearby clinics are open to get tested. Do you think I could have lyme disease or is it something else? Today was also very hot and i could just have heat exhaustion
