Syncope - how big of a concern is that?

Its not a big deal at all if you can see it coming and get to a place where you can recover before you pass out. The only real danger comes from actually passing out in a circumstance where its dangerous - like when driving a car or falling and hitting your head. It might all be a matter of physics. Being tall and thin, its easy for blood to pool in your legs and not so easy to get it pumped back up to your heart. Thin people tend to have a very low capacity to store excess fluids, so your blood volume can drop rapidly if your are sweating or drinking alcohol or caffeine. Staying fully hydrated and keeping your legs moving (instead of standing still) are two things that might help.

OK, so I hung my laundry on the line and now its raining?

Stupid me for actually believing the weather report of 'only partly cloudy' today. Anyway it is now pouring, the majority of what is out there is bath towels. Should I brave the rain and toss the towels back into the washer (to spin out the water) then into the dryer, or just let them hang??

What is normal sex supposed to feel like and is something wrong with me?

I'm a 29 year old female who cringes when guys want to have sex. It's usually painful, no matter how wet I am or how much lube is used and I didn't have any childhood trauma. Do all women feel pressure in their stomachs and hips when the guy is penetrating? I always feel this pressure and after a couple minutes, no matter how much I tell myself I can take it, I end up pushing away from them or reacting with exhaustion and disgust, in the hopes that it'll be over very soon. I honestly don't know what all the hoopla is over sex. So do all women feel the pressure when guys penetrate or is this something that should have gone away shortly after I broke my virginity? Is it supposed to feel like they're hitting a wall while penetrating? What is normal and what is not normal?

Why are my fasting blood sugars high when I have an a1c of 5.7?

My a1c was 6.2 about 1 1/2 years ago. Since then it has gone down, with the most recent one 5.7. However, I typically have high fasting blood sugars on my meter, such as 130 or 150. It varies but is almost always over 110. I get some high readings on my meter throughout the day but never higher than 200. I seem to have more trouble with my sugar feeling too low during the day and I need to eat frequent snacks. I had a low blood sugar combined with heat exhaustion 2 weeks ago of below 70. I don't understand why my blood sugar fluctuates as much as it does. First thing in morning it will be high, then a few hours later it will have gone down. I start to feel shaky when my blood sugar is below 90. I really try to eat healthy meals and not go too long without eating, but doesn't seem too change. I'm happy my a1c has continued to go down without medication but I don't know if there is something else going on here! Any advice?

My neighbor tosses their dog feces into a wooded field behind their home.?

Im wondering if there is something that can be spread over the dog feces to break it down and get rid of the smell now that its summer? My neighbor just noticed the smell last night and I'm hoping she is putting two and two together of what the cause is. I told her it smells like a zoo behind her house when I was walking in the field - Ugh!!!!!

How can I make my McDonald's uniform look better? It's a fashion disaster!?

Could you try using some safety pins on the pants? You might have to readjust them once or twice during your shift, but like you said it would only be this one shift before you get them adjusted.
